I also had a rude reply from Al Smith from Demon Cycles. I was working on improving my softail over time with after market bolt on's. I purchased mirrors from them but did not mount them for approx. 10 months. When you look at them from the box they are OK but when you peel the protective film off the mirror I found one was flawed with a distortion line through the middle. I emailed him and he was suggesting that I wanted new mirrors when all I was looking for was a new mirror head. He stayed with this line and became quite rude. I would never buy from Demon Cycles. Please be warned. He sells on okay and direct. If I can i will post this on every forum I can find to warn you all.
